Our copyright position

Eleza TV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects everyone who deals with this website to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and with comparable copyright legislation in other jurisdictions.

This website is an informational and ordering front end. It publishes plan information, general country and category information, and contact forms. It does not host, store or index media files, and it does not publish streaming links.

02

Sending a copyright complaint

If you own a copyright, or you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner, and you believe material connected to this website infringes that copyright, send a written notice to elezatv.tv@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice".

We review every properly formed notice we receive. Where a complaint concerns material we control, we act on it promptly.

03

Information your notice must include

So that we can act on your notice, it must contain all of the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or of a person authorised to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
  • Identification of the material you are complaining about, with enough detail (such as a full URL) for us to locate it.
  • Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the use complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on their behalf.
04

How we handle a notice

When we receive a complete notice we acknowledge it, review it, and where the material is under our control we remove or disable access to it. We keep a record of notices received and of the action taken.

Incomplete notices are not ignored, but we may not be able to act on them until the missing information is supplied.

05

Counter-notification

If material you provided was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same address. A counter-notification should identify the material and its former location, include your contact details, and include a statement made under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.

Where the DMCA applies, a counter-notification also requires your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and your agreement to accept service of process from the complaining party.

06

Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate the account of any customer who is the subject of repeated, substantiated copyright complaints.

07

Misuse of this process

Copyright law imposes real penalties for knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a takedown notice or in a counter-notification. Please be certain of your rights before sending either.
