01Which plans are available?
Every Eleza TV plan is built from two choices: a duration and a number of simultaneous connections. There are no separate tiers with different content — the plan you build is the plan you get.
02Which durations can I choose?
You can choose 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months. Longer durations bring the effective monthly price down, and the plan builder shows that figure as you change your selection.
03How many connections are available?
From 1 to 5 connections. A connection is one device streaming at the same time, so a plan with 3 connections lets three screens in your home watch simultaneously.
04How do I get started?
Build your plan on the pricing page, submit your details, and our team will contact you with the next steps. Nothing is charged through this website and no payment details are collected by our forms.
05Can I change my selected plan?
Yes. Tell our team what you would like to change — a different duration, more connections, or a different device — and we will confirm what that means for your plan before anything is applied.
